Photo-Documentation Projects
Initial On-Site Consultation:
The photo-documentation process begins with an initial on-site consultation to discuss your ideas and needs to assure that your goals are met and that things run smoothly. The initial consultation lasts between 1–1½ hours and costs $100. Depending on where your site is located, a charge may be included for travel time.
On-Site Photo-Documentation Session:
On-site photo-documentation time is $100/hour + travel time, depending on your site’s location. The initial consultation includes a projection of how many hours may be needed to gather the images and data your site and project require.
Teacher Review:
Review with teachers of what the images reveal about your site’s outdoor learning environment usually lasts 2 hours and costs $175.
Follow-up Teacher Training:
Fees for teacher training are calculated on a per project basis and determined by the number of teachers attending, the content and the length of the session(s).
Workshops
Workshops generally run $150/hour with a half-day rate of $500, depending on location, content and number of individuals enrolled.
Presentations
Presentation fees are calculated on a per project basis after an initial consultation.
